How it began

From loss, came love. From heartbreak, came healing.

Feather & Stone Co. was born from one of the hardest chapters of my life—the loss of a little life that was deeply loved but never held. Like so many others, I found myself navigating grief in silence, carrying a love that had nowhere to go. In those moments, I yearned for something more than flowers and quiet condolences. I needed something I could hold onto. Something lasting.

But it wasn’t just my miscarriage that led to this collection. I also carry the grief of losing my mum when I was 12. Her absence, a constant part of me, has always left a feeling of something missing. That gap in my heart, though, has become part of who I am, and over time, I’ve learned to carry it with me.

Feather & Stone Co. is where these two journeys intersect—the longing, the loss, and the search for healing. What began as a quest for a small token of remembrance has slowly become a collection—one that honours, feels, and remembers. Every piece of jewellery I create holds the weight of memory, the gentleness of love, and the quiet strength that loss leaves behind.

The name Feather & Stone carries its own symbolism. The feather represents the lightness of spirit, the love that lingers, and a gentle presence, while the stone speaks to what remains—the grounding strength of memory and the lasting imprint of love.
